Orders and Shipping
Depending on the type of your order (domestic or international), the logistics partner, and the moment your package was picked up by them, delivery time may range from 1 to 25 working days. Public holidays and the non-working days of the logistics partner are not included in this computation.
Go to the Account sign in page. · Click Create account. · Enter your name. · In the “Username” field, enter a username. · Enter and confirm your password.
You can add, update or delete delivery addresses, including changing your primary delivery address, in the Addresses section
You can check on your online order status through the ‘My Orders’ section, if you placed the order while logged in to your account. Here, your order will be displayed as:
| Pending payment | You haven’t successfully placed an order, please create a new order. We are currently working on an option to pay for pending orders. |
| Cancelled | You haven’t successfully placed an order, please create a new order. |
| Pending | Your order is being reviewed. |
| Processing | Your order is with the warehouse. |
| Complete | Your order has been complete in the warehouse. |
| Closed | Your order has been refunded. |
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away, so please send it back to us and we’ll refund you as soon as it’s arrived back at our warehouse.
Please fill in the section on the back of your delivery note to indicate that the item is incorrect and put the note in your parcel when you send it back.
