- Monthly plan: hosting of the agent, the included voice minutes or conversations, call and chat summaries, and ongoing tweaks as your business changes.

- Your data: call summaries and enquiry details stay yours, and we handle them in line with our privacy policy.

Volume
How many calls, chats and messages the agent handles each month. Voice minutes cost more than text, so phone-heavy businesses usually suit the AI Receptionist plan.
Channels
Phone, WhatsApp and website chat can be added one at a time. A restaurant might start with WhatsApp and web chat, then add voice for busy service times.
Integrations
Sending summaries by SMS and email is included. Connecting a booking system or CRM directly is quoted as a Pro / Custom set-up.

What does the set-up fee cover?
Training the agent on your hours, services, FAQs and booking rules, connecting your channels (phone, WhatsApp or website), testing, and your approval before it goes live.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your account. Your service continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown excluding GST. 10% GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
Why does voice cost more than chat?
Phone calls use speech recognition, a natural-sounding voice and telephone minutes, which all carry running costs. That is why AI receptionist pricing for voice starts higher than the WhatsApp and website chat plans. If most of your enquiries arrive by message, a chat plan may be all you need.
What if I go over my included minutes?
Extra voice minutes are charged at the rate shown for your plan. We’ll alert you if you’re getting close, so there are no surprises.
