Logo Refresh FAQs
Will customers still recognise my logo?
That’s the goal. We keep your recognisable elements and improve how they’re drawn and presented. If you want something completely new, choose Custom Logo Design instead.
How many changes can I ask for?
You choose one of two directions, then get two rounds of revisions on it. Each round can include several changes. Extra rounds can be added for $59.
Can you refresh a tradie or construction logo?
Yes. Trade, building and construction businesses are a core focus for us. Their logos need to work on vehicles, signage, workwear and quotes.
Do I get the files to keep?
Yes. When the job’s complete and paid you own the final logo files, and we deliver them in web and print formats.
What if I don’t like either direction?
Tell us why in your feedback round and we’ll rework the closest direction. If we can’t get there, you’re covered by our shop terms.
