Does this work with my Xero plan?
Custom .docx branding themes can be uploaded in Xero’s invoice settings. If your account has restrictions, we’ll check with you before designing.
Can you add my bank details, PayID or a payment link?
Yes. We place your payment options prominently. Online payment buttons from Xero’s payment services continue to work as normal.
Will my existing invoices change?
No. You choose which branding theme to use, and you can keep the old one as a backup.
Can I edit the template later?
Yes. It’s a Word-based template. Small text changes are easy; we include notes on what to leave alone so Xero’s fields keep working.
Do you need access to my Xero account?
No. We design the files and you upload them. Only if you choose our install service would we arrange a screen-share or temporary access.
