Logo Vectorising FAQs
What’s the difference between vectorising and auto-tracing?
Auto-trace tools guess at the edges and usually create wobbly lines, extra points and odd shapes. We redraw your logo by hand so curves are smooth, text is clean and the file is light and easy for printers to use.
My logo is really low quality. Can you still do it?
Usually, yes. As long as we can make out the shapes and text, we can rebuild it. If parts are unreadable we’ll ask you to confirm details before we start.
Will my logo look different?
No. This is a faithful recreation of your existing logo, not a redesign. If you’d like it modernised, look at our Logo Refresh.
Do you convert PNG and JPG to SVG?
Yes. That’s the most common request: JPG to SVG, PNG to vector, Canva exports, PDFs and even photos of signage.
Do I own the files?
Yes. Once paid, you own the vector files of your logo. You must have the right to use the logo you send us.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
